Underwood Cotton Company is based in Lubbock, Texas. It was established in 1984 by Alan Underwood. Alan Underwood started working in the cotton industry in 1974 with a major cotton and grain company dealing in all aspects of cotton trading. 

Underwood Cotton Co. trades all U.S. growths to domestic and foreign markets. We have exported American cotton into major markets around the world, such as Turkey, Taiwan, Mexico, India, Pakistan, and all areas of South America along with many others. Our company has been the sole supplier of American cotton for many international cotton merchandising companies since opening in 1984.

The goal of Underwood Cotton Co. is not as much volume of cotton but quality of cotton and quality of service associated with each sale.
